“中国学术水准在国际科研评价体系中表现得越来越好”，少见的老外拍马屁，拍得这么嘹亮！

李天成博主今天发文:中国科研产出全球第二”是真的吗？文中说:“自然出版集团发布的《自然出版指数中国报告》，称大量数据表明中国在发表论文和科学研究两方面很快将成为全球领导者。2013年，按照加权分数式计量，中国得分为5819.79分，虽然远远低于美国的19165.25分，但却高于德国的4125.92，因此被报道为“高质量科研产出全球第二”。

      对于老外的“赞赏”，不管是“真心话”还是“大忽悠”，咱都心如止水无所谓，自己做好自己的事。不过您若是不信这个中国水准消息的真假，俺暂且在这里举个例，看看老外今天是怎么“忽悠”俺老人家的……（显然写下面这封信还是费了主编大人不少脑细胞滴……ha）.

Knowing that you are well known internationally in your research field, with your academic achievements, I would very much appreciate if you are willing to invite 10 academically famous experts in biological chemistry and molecular biology to write a series of review articles focusing on a specific hot topic and provide a whole updated picture on the topic. At the same time, you are responsible for writing an Editorial commenting on this hot topic or these invited review articles.
