2025年国际开放获取周以“谁拥有我们的知识？(Who Owns Our Knowledge?)”为主题，直面知识生产与传播体系中的核心问题。当前挑战已不再局限于“获取”这一层面，而是深入到知识由谁创造、归谁所有、以及利益如何共享的复杂格局。在此背景下，只有深刻理解知识的所有权、传播模式与共享机制，才能为构建更公平、高效的知识传播体系提供清晰的指引与可行的方案。
