当那个时候到了时就又是最危险的时候，因为无数可摄取元气和生命物质的大鸟又会更疯狂地反扑而来。

所以在元气圈中我要尽快地给大家打通身上重要经络，使大家有充足的元气运行，以防不测，战胜飓风和大鸟。

但是大家，也包括我，刚经历姗姗青青痛失的悲愤，情绪极不稳定，心中血气翻腾，这时任何过急的内气的运行，都可能造成出偏，从而是十分危险的。

现在关键是时间，我不知道火凤凰的幻象能维持多长，我也不知道这场飓风暴会持续多长，更不知道大鸟群会不会始终环绕或尾随着我们。任何元气守卫的减弱，都会招来群鸟的疯狂反噬。

我必须抢时间运行真气！当然也须尽量小心谨慎，这也是对我的真气掌控能力的提升和考验。

我的真气曾经过妖星的洗礼，是较为精纯的先天真气，而他们的真气中则只有少量先天真气，大多是后天真气，两者质地无法相提并论。

这样问题就出现了：一般来说，真气输入他人体内存活并非那么简单，因为并非本体的真气进入他人体内存活时，由于遗传信息的差异，便会遭到其本身真气的强烈抵制；但当两者质地相差太远时，就会出现质地超强气把弱质气全部吞噬的情况。

因此他们的真气先是被我的真气吞噬同化，接下来，他们的真气就可完全由我传过去。但是这样的结果使我的负担倍加沉重，而他们也在这种转化中要经受难以忍受的痛苦。

开始运行时，真气在他们任督两脉循环流通得很慢，大约是每秒2厘米左右，这是是因为除了我之外的其他人任督两脉都没有真正打通，因此通常真气在左右手三阳经脉中的运行还可以，但在任督两脉运行时就有极大的阻碍，就别提中脉了

  。

但是随着我输入的真气压强加大，那些阻碍都被强行打通，真气开始流畅，只见众人开始个个面目变形，大汗淋漓，疼痛像地狱里的阴火在我们中间燃烧，以致大家几乎就要怀疑自己是否马上就要死去。

当然凤凰的反应出乎意外的小，她同我的真气高度的协调，使人有时不得不相信这世上的确有天设地造，才子佳人之存在。

careful, this is for my true spirit ability and test of the control qi. 

My original qi used through the baptism of the ghost star, 

so the original qi is relatively concentrated, while their true 

spirits contain only a small amount of original qi, using mostly 

acquired qi, the quality of the both is unable tocompare. 

So a question appears: in general, the true qi input to other lived 

body is not so simple, since the true qi into others, due to the 

difference of genetic information, would be resisted by the 

original qi of that body; But if the difference of the both quality 

is quite large, then the high quality qi will take over whole 

low quality qi. 

So their true qi are firstly consumed and uniformed by me, 

then their true qi are transferred by my original qi by me 

completely. But the result made me to bear more burdens, 

and they are also subjected to unbearable pain in this 

transformation.

Much to my vexation, I just started running qi in their 

Du-Ren two acupuncture cycle slowly, is about 2 centimeters 

per second, this is because in addition to me the rest of their 

Du-Ren two circle didn't really get through, so often the true 

qi run in both three Yang meridians by hands is fine, but in the 

Du-Ren circle there is great obstacles, so let alone the midrib. 

But as I increase pressure of the true qi running, those 

obstacles are forced to get through, the true qi begin to flow, 

see all people start as deformation, sweating, pain like hell 

Yin fire burning among us, so that almost everyone doubted 

if he (she) is going to die.
