I have long been thinking of writing an article on beauty and youth but don't know where to start.  Today one colleague told me her classamte gathering. 

"When we got together, it's natural to talk about the classmates who had left deep impression on us, those with pretty appearance, those with talents, and those with peculiar characters. They mentioned one girl who was the publicly-recognized beauty in our grade. She was truly very pretty at that time. But with the time going on, wrinkles are filled on her face, her unhappy marriage has made her beauty faded like a flower. Then the topic turned to another girl who was talented at school but had plain appearance. They said, 'she is becoming more and more confident and looks still so young and even much prettier than before.' "  

Everyone loves beautiful things. So the boys love pretty girls, and girls love handsome guys. Pretty girls and handsome guys possess an inherent property their parents pass down to them. But beautiful appearance can't last long. It may fade with the time. Time is ruthless. We can't struggle with the time,  but we can arm us with knowledge and wisdom to compensate the defects in our appearance, keep and enrich our beautiful soul and noble mind with the time going on.
