体外：NT219 (5 μM，8 或 12 天) 能抑制癌干细胞的存活能力，并且与 sotorasib 联用时能协同诱导已建立的 mKRAS (G12C) 非小细胞肺癌瘤球发生解体[2]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。

体内：NT219 (20 或 60 mg/kg，静脉注射，每周 2 次共 24 天) 可以在 SCC-9 细胞异种移植的复发性和转移性头颈部鳞状细胞癌模型 (NOD scid gamma 小鼠) 抑制了肿瘤细胞生长，以及增强 Cetuximab (HY-P9905) 和 Pembrolizumab (HY-P9902) 的抗癌效果[3]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。
