Satellite Navigation(《卫星导航（英文）》)是我国卫星导航领域的第一本英文期刊，由中国科学院空天信息研究院主办。目前，空天信息研究院已经拥有5种英文期刊，除Satellite Navigation外，Microsystems & Nanoengineering(SCI，《微系统与纳米工程(英)》)、International Journal of Digital Earth(SCI，《国际数字地球学报（英）》)、Big Earth Data(ESCI，《地球大数据(英)》)和 Journal of Remote Sensing(ESCI，《国际遥感学报（英）》)。
Satellite Navigation入选“中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划第二期项目2018年度D类项目”，中国科技期刊国际影响力提升计划可以理解为中国科技期刊卓越行动计划的前身。于2020年初创刊，2021年10月被ESCI数据库收录(3个学科，Remote Sensing、Telecommunications和Engineering, Aerospace)，2023年6月获得第一个影响因子11.2，在3个学科排名均较高，其中在Engineering, Aerospace学科影响因子排在SCI和ESCI本学科所有期刊第一。
