中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院张天宇研究员团队与广州市胸科医院胡锦兴教授团队通过检测棘霉素(echinomycin,ECH)对脓肿分枝杆菌(Mab)的活性,发现ECH对Mab尤其是embC基因缺失的菌株具有极强的抗菌活性,EmbB和EmbC可以通过改变细胞壁的通透性影响Mab对ECH的敏感性。
