Digital 是一本国际化、跨学科的同行评审开放获取期刊，涵盖计算机科学领域的数字信号处理、人工智能、数据科学等方向，也关注社会科学各领域的数字化进程，包括医学与健康科学、农业科学、人文、管理、经济、教育等。本刊旨在鼓励科研人员就数字技术、数字化举措、数字化转型、数字创新及数字应用等主题投稿。Digital 期刊现面向全球诚聘编委会成员。
编委会成员享有的权益包括：
颁发期刊编委聘书；
主办的学术会议可得到期刊额外赞助；
每年获得 300-500 瑞士法郎做会议差旅补助 (用于本人参会或主办会议)；
享有 1 次期刊投稿费用减免资格。
编委会成员主要职责为：
根据收集的审稿意见，决定稿件录用结果；
定期围绕自身研究领域内的热点主题策划特刊，或每年邀请3-5 篇优质投稿；
在参与的相关学术会议活动中，协助推广本期刊；
为期刊发展提供建议与指导。
