Dr. Wei' s simplified pronunciation for numbers, operations and equalities  

Vision: Read easily, Get freely. 

Here Dr. Wei proposes the one-syllable pronouciation without helpless consonants

for numbers, operations, and equalities 

to read  easily and remeber  quickly.   

Numbers and equalities are read from left to right.
