Apoplectic Disasters in the US

In the past week unprecedented natural disasters occurred in the US mainland. By now I am sure the entire world has heard about the fire disasters in Los Angles County where several entire towns have been burned to the ground due to year long drought and heavy winds which caused uncontrolled wild fires. Hundred thousands of people have lost their homes amid deadly toxic smoke which they cannot avoid to breath. Billions of real estate structures were lost with long term health result to human yet unknown.  Recovery will take years to complete. Lesser known was the unusual heavy snowfall in 25 states from Texas to mid Atlantic coasts  where people are not customed to such snowfall. Abandoned autos, traffic accidents, and cancelled flights  abound.  And yet in northern states such as Massachusetts  there were not even snow accumulation on  the ground which usually occurs this time of the year.. In self interest we cannot help but be glad that our lives were not effected here in Massachusetts. But I was not totally spared. My computer was heavily infected by virus from unknown sources this weekend with no access to e-mail and many other normal functions. The fact I was able to post this blog is pure luck. I have no access to my engagement calendar and have to miss appointment with no way to uniform others effected parties. Even apologies will have to be delivered in the uncertain future. This is to hope my friends will read this post and avoid disappointments till I can contact you again.
