The author needs to rewrite the abstract in comprehensible English before it could be understood and reviewed by the panel. It’s better for the author to find another proficient translator to do the work. For instance, the title could be translated into On Unique Characteristics of “Ranking of Chinese Universities” Produced by the Management Science Academy. The author also needs to provide more evidence or facts to support his any claim. For instance, why is this ranking “most influential, credible and authoritative”. Thirdly, the paper should focus itself on scientometrics-related issues. Therefore, statement like “ researchers have the great ambition of …” is not really necessary and useful.
