广东以色列理工学院（GTIIT）正在寻找一名经验丰富的生物技术或生物相关专业的实验室主任，对生物与食品工程系的教学实验室进行管理，并为教员提供专业服务，以支持其教学活动。
工作职责：
• 为实验室准备试剂、化学品、仪器和装备，并对其进行安装和测试。
• 在实验前和实验中为实验导师提供支持和指导，协助教员（在学术上负责实验室）为学生设计实验室实验。
• 协助编写学生的实验指导书，并在向学生介绍实验前与导师一起进行实验。
• 负责学期的实验计划和日程安排。
• 负责管理学生的实验室。
• 解决实验过程中出现的技术问题。
• 负责实验室的安全和维护，保持实验室设施的正常运转，全年为学生和研究人员做好准备。
• 负责与实验室有关的日常行政工作。
• 完成上级分配的其他相关任务。
任职要求：
• 学历要求：生物技术与食品工程专业硕士及以上学历
• 经验要求：具有生物技术与食品工程领域的工作经验
能力要求:
• 语言能力：流利的英语口语、阅读和写作能力。
• 优秀的沟通能力、指导能力和服务意识。

Position Description:
Guangdong Technion Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) in Shantou, Guangdong Province, is looking for an experienced lab manger in Biotechnology or Biology to manage the teaching laboratory in Biotechnology and Food Engineering Program and provide high-end professional services to faculty members in order to support their teaching.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing reagents, chemicals, instruments and setups for the labs, installing and testing them.
• Providing support and mentorship to the lab tutors before the lab and during the lab. Assisting the faculty member (who is academically in charge of the labs) in designing of laboratory experiments for students.
• Assisting in writing the lab instructions for the students and performing the experiments with the tutors before introducing them to the students.
• Taking care of lab program and schedule during the semester.
• Responsibility of running the labs for students.
• Being present during the lab sessions and solving technical problems.
• Taking care of safety issues and lab maintenance, keeping the lab facilities operational and ready for the students and research personnel throughout the year.
• Taking care of routine administrative tasks related to the lab.
• Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Required Job Specifications:
• Required qualification / academic degree: master’s degree or above in Biotechnology and Food Engineering.
• Required experience: Experience in working with Biotechnology and Food Engineering.
Required Job Competencies:
• Language ability: Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
• Excellent communication, educational skills and service consciousness
