Rhodium-Catalyzed Intermolecular C–H Silylation of Indoles with Silacyclobutanes

近日,陕西师范大学李兴伟团队研究了铑催化吲哚与硅环丁烷的分子间C-H硅烷化反应。相关论文发表在2025年9月29日出版的《中国化学》杂志上。

碳氢键的硅化是构建复杂有机硅的重要策略。然而,最先进的技术主要局限于分子内反应或噻吩或活性芳烃试剂的使用。

研究组以硅环丁烷为硅化试剂,实现了铑催化的吲哚分子间C-H硅化反应,得到了多种C2-硅化吲哚。这种螯合辅助的C-H硅基化体系在广泛的底物范围内进展顺利,并且具有100%的原子经济性。

Abstract: Silylation of C–H bond has been established to be an important strategy toward construction of complex organosilicons. Still, the state-of-the-art is mostly limited to intramolecular reactions or limited to employment of thiophenes or reactive arene reagents. Herein, rhodium-catalyzed intermolecular C–H silylation of indoles has been realized using silacyclobutanes as a silylating reagent, affording a variety of C2-silylated indoles. This chelation-assisted C–H silylation system proceeds well with a broad substrate scope with 100% atom-economy.
