我希望了解的是总的趋势。
经过一些初步的调查和思考，我有两个观点：
1. 各国的工资水平和人均GDP成正比。
2. 各国的某个职业的工资水平也和人均GDP成正比。
当然，这是零级近似。
需要数据来考验我的假定。
美国的数据很完全，中国现在也有了一些数据。
对于中国特别需要的人才，引进时会按他们原来的工资，比国内的同等职位的高好几倍。但是不可能普遍地对海归都这样做。
