(论文 Energ. Environ. Sci)基于石墨烯的纳米电晕

      这是本人博后期间的工作,得到Xerox公司的支持。打印机普遍采用电晕放电等离子体作为荷电工具,与此同时会产生大量的臭氧形成污染。臭氧的生产与等离子体区域体积有关,受此启发,作者在金属丝表面生长石墨烯,通过石墨烯边缘降低起晕电压,形成众多纳米尺寸的等离子体,有效降低臭氧排放。请同行批评指正。

摘要:

Vertically oriented graphene-coated metallic wire is used as a corona discharge electrode. The discharge starts with a ‘graphene discharge stage’ and then transits to a ‘wire discharge stage’. Compared with conventional practice employing macro- or microsized electrodes, discharges from graphene sheets feature lower power consumption and significantly reduced ozone emission.
