如何实现窗体上的组件自由拖动和变换大小

工作中,需要给你河网添加一张地图以便于描画出河网的大致图形。因此,研究如何实现在原有的河网框中添加一张图片,实现该张图片可以自由的拖动,并编辑大小。如下是具体的实现代码。使用c# 新建一个窗体工程,自定义 MyMouseDown MyMouseLeave MyMouseMove 事件,并以委托的形式加入到各个添加的组件中去。完美实现了,组件大小的改变和组件位置的自由拖动。
