Fermi Science Tools在Ubuntu 16.04 LTS的安装

1. 准备:

Ubuntu16.04:http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/16.04/

FSTs v11r5p3:https://fermi.gsfc.nasa.gov/ssc/data/analysis/software/v11r5p3.html


2. 测试:(U为我的用户名)

[U@U ~]$ sudo apt-get install build-essential

[U@U ~]$ sudo apt-get update

[U@U ~]$ sudo apt-get upgrade

[U@U ~]$ cd ~/Public/ScienceTools-v11r5p3-fssc-20180124-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-libc2.23/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-libc2.23

[U@U x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-libc2.23]$ ls

3. 设置:

[U@U x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-libc2.23]$ echo "source $FERMI_DIR/fermi-init.sh" >> ~/.bashrc

[U@U x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-libc2.23]$ tail ~/.bashrc


4. 补充:

This is make3FGLxml version 01r0.

The default diffuse model files and names are for pass 8 and assume you have v10r00p05 of the Fermi Science Tools or higher.

Creating file and adding sources from 3FGL

Extended source IC443 in ROI, make sure ./Extended_archive_v15/Templates/IC443.fits is the correct path to the extended template.

Extended source S 147 in ROI, make sure ./Extended_archive_v15/Templates/S147.fits is the correct path to the extended template.

Added 83 point sources and 2 extended sources

If using unbinned likelihood you will need to rerun gtdiffrsp for the extended sources or rerun the makeModel function with optional argument psForce=True
