论文摘要:In article number 2001205, Wei and co‐workers innovatively designed a cancer defending system by a conical nano‐channel device for cancer biomarker recognition. Gates and guards which prevent the tumor outside doors imitated by the device protects the patient from recurrence and metastasis. The guards' weapons are conical nano‐channels modified with antibodies specific to the biomarker (green particle). The system‐possessed ultra‐sensitive and highly selective detection could assist clinical decision‐making and guard general health as a method breakthrough.

论文摘要:In article number 2000541, Yubin Zhou, Yun Huang, and co-workers developed innovative optogenetic tools to control antibody-antigen interactions, named Sunbody and Moonbody after the Chinese mythological figures Hou Yi the Sun-shooter and Chang'e the Lady in the Moon, respectively. These photoswitchable modular antibody-like scaffolds contain three allosterically sensitive complementarity-determining regions (symbolized by three rabbits on the moon and three flares on the sun surface), which enable optical control of protein degradation, protein delocalization, immunogenic cell death, transcriptional programming, and CRISPR-aided base editing.

论文摘要:A resistive switching memory fabricated by using an in situ current-induced oxidization process on a single crystal metallic nanowire is demonstrated by Yu-Lun Chueh and co-workers in article number 2000252. A single-crystal Cu nanowire (NW) is found to be the best material with stable switching behaviors including reversible switching up to 100 cycles with large ON/OFF ratio of >103 and low switching voltages of <0.5.

论文摘要:In article number 2003811, Ziheng Lu, Chunlei Yang, Wenjie Li and co-workers develop a high-resolution in-situ electrochemical characterization technique to reveal the nanoscale kinetics of lithium dendrites in solid-state batteries. Practical solid-state batteries are demonstrated by constructing flux-homogenizing interfaces. Memristors are designed based on the electrochemical healing behavior of dendrites for neuromorphic computing.

论文摘要:In article number 2100234 Yurui Xue, Feng He, Yuliang Li and co-workers demonstrate highly uniform and dispersed osmium oxide quantum dots grown on graphdiyne (GDY). The obtained catalyst shows highly active and durable electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction performance under induction. GDY can effectively prevent hole–electron recombination and facilitate charge transfer for greatly enhanced catalytic activity and stability under alkaline conditions.
