今年选了一门JAY的英美文学课,结果这个老外对诗歌极为感兴趣,给我们讲了许多诗歌,不过还是很有收获的,这里选出几首和大家一起分享
 
其一、
 
        l(a       这是JAY给我们讲的一首很有意思的诗,你能看                     
           出他的玄机吗 ?                          
        le        
                 对了,这首诗的题目叫loneliness,这个单词被括号分开了,作者           
        af       用一种很巧妙的方法跟我们说明了什么叫孤独,诗歌中l象形为一个人
                 第一个l(a,被括号隔开了,第二个le则是很密切的两个人,第三个ll
        fa       在一起,却似背靠背的两个陌生人,而第四个l则是彻底的孤单;而括号
           则是a leaf falls,分开以后,你似乎看到了是树上的叶子一片片的飘零
        ll        而下呢.....
        
        s)      读完这首诗,你是否对孤独有了更深的理解了呢......

"Up-Hill"

Does the road wind up-hill all the way?

    Yes, to the very end.

Will the day's journey take the whole long day?

    From morn to night, my friend.

But is there for the night a resting-place?

    A roof for when the slow dark hours begin.

May not the darkness hide it from my face?

    You cannot miss that inn.

Shall I meet other wayfarers at night?

    Those who have gone before.

Then must I knock, or call when just in sight?

    They will not keep you standing at that door.

Shall I find comfort, travel-sore and weak?

    Of labour you shall find the sum.

Will there be beds for me and all who seek?

    Yea, beds for all who come.

"The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost (USA, 1874-1963)

 

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

 

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I doubted if I should ever come back.

 

I shall be telling this with a sigh

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

Remember       by Christina Rossetti

Remember me when I am gone away,

gone far away into the silent land;

when you can no more hold me by the hand,

nor I half turn to go, yet turning stay.

Remember me when no more day by day

you tell me of our future that you planned:

only remember me; you understand

it will be late to counsel then or pray.

Yet if you should forget me for a while

and afterwards remember, do not grieve:

for if the darkness and corruption leave

a vestige of the thoughts that once I had,

Better by far you should forget and smile

than that you should remember and be sad.
