Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems创刊于2016年6月，由许昌开普电气研究院主办。许昌开普电气研究院应该与许昌继电器研究所有关。知道两个上市公司：许继电气和开普检测，还没搞清楚它们之间的关系以及与期刊之间的关系。不过可以肯定的是，这是国企办的英文版科技期刊，办刊地点在许昌。不容易呀，河南谈不上科技大省，不过已经有好几本SCI期刊啦。继电器/电气，许昌也的确有相对优势！
