About Conference

We cordially invite you to participate at the 4th Conference on Innovations in Food Science and Human Nutrition (IFHN-2021) . The event is going to be organized in Osaka, Japan during  Oct 04-06 2021, by innovinc international. The main theme of our conference is “Transforming Challenges into Opportunities to Feed the Future”.

The first edition of IFHN-2018 was completed successfully in Rome, Italy & the second edition in London, UK , The two previous editions had witnessed 80 attendees each, from 32 countries world-wide and the event has a growing interest in  human nutrition, food science, nutrition, clinical nutrition, and policy makers to discuss and communicate new discoveries in food science & human nutrition .The IFHN-2021 will provide a great opportunity to present, discuss and disseminate the recent advances in food science, and establish contact and collaboration between the researchers in this field.

As an attendee, you will learn more about: 

  • How leading technologies and techniques affect food science researchers

  • How to establish workflows and protocols to obtain the best results in your food science lab

  • New and novel applications and case studies in the field of food and nutrition science
