康旭东，男，汉族。1985年5月出生于湖南冷水江。湖南大学在读博士，IEEE学生会员；担任《IEEE Transactions on Image Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement》、《IEEE Geosicene and Remote Sensing Letters》、《Information Fusion》等国际知名刊物审稿人, 曾获中国教育部2013级博士学术新人，中国建设高水平大学公派出国项目、湖南大学校长奖学金（2.5万）。从事图像处理，机器视觉，模式识别技术研究与开发，卫星遥感信号处理和分析有关的科研工作。在国外知名期刊《IEEE Transactions on Image Processing》，《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》, 《IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics》, 《Information Fusion》上以第一作者身份发表文章数篇。除导师外第一参与人身份完成20万校企合作富士通关键技术研究项目一项，主持湖南省研究生科研创新项目一项， 主要参与人身份参加多项国家自然科学基金以及国家杰青项目的研发工作。

2009—2011，湖南大学电气与工程学院，研究生，指导老师：李树涛教授。

2011.9-现在，湖南大学电气与信息工程学院，在读博士，指导导师：李树涛教授。博士期间主要从事信息融合及卫星遥感信息分类识别技术的研究开发工作，已公开国家发明专利多项。

2012.9—现在，冰岛大学电气学院，联合培养博士，指导导师：IEEE & SPIE fellow, 前 TGRS 主编，皆IEEE GEOSCIENE AND REMOTE SENSING SOCIETY 主席， 皆冰岛大学校长benediktsson教授。留学期间，冰岛总统在居所接见美国电气与电子工程学会地球科学与遥感协会管理层，本人以协会主席学生身份获邀参加。
