基础统计指标__tatistical metrics

Here, six statistical metrics are used to quantify the reconstruction performance^[1]: 

• the Bias,

• root mean square error (RMSE)

• unbiased root mean square error (ubRMSE)

• root mean square difference (RMSD)

• unbiased root mean square difference (ubRMSD)

• and Pearson correlation coefficient ®

which are defined as follows:
