新冠病毒爆发以来发的论文列表大全 精选

过去20天,关于新型冠状病毒已经发表了50多篇论文,科学家们急于理解这一病原体以及它是怎样传播的。

 

新型冠状病毒,也称作2019-nCoV,导致了严重的呼吸道疾病,目前已感染并致死多人,并已扩散至多国。

 

Nature用新冠病毒相关关键词搜索了bioRxiv, medRxiv等学术网站,截止130日,至少有50篇新冠病毒英文论文发表,超过一半在过去7天发表。

 

超过30篇发表在预印本服务器,部分发表在同行评议期刊上,包括《柳叶刀》和《病毒学杂志》。该统计未包括中文杂志。

 

其中几篇论文预测了该病毒的传播速度,以及它的潜伏期。其他论文聚焦于该病毒的结构和基因构成,这一信息有助于鉴别出药物靶点和开发相关疫苗。

 

另外,研究人员还在GISAIDGenBank等平台公布了病毒基因组数据,不过这些未统计在内。
