Since the seventeen ’s=1 are mutually perpendicular to each other in 17-space, they form a 17*17 Diagonal Matrix. We named it "Theodorus-Matrix", or "Th-Matrix".The diagonal elements of this 17*17 "Th-Matrix" are equal to 1, and the non-diagonal elements are zeros:
