“中德博士后交流项目”由全国博士后管委会办公室与德国亥姆霍兹联合会合作实施,每年选派新近获得博士学位的优秀青年科研人员赴德国亥姆霍兹联合会下属的研究所开展博士后研究工作,为期2年。

中德博士后项目的待遇优厚。中方将一次性资助每人30万元人民币,德方接收单位还将在此基础上按月资助每人1500欧元。资助经费可用于支付获选人员生活津贴、健康和意外伤害保险和差旅费用。

2022年共计划资助30人。项目申请截止时间 4月30日


申请资格:

1 年龄不超过35周岁,政治素养良好,思想品德端正,身体健康。

2 申请人应为在站博士后研究人员,或未进站的今年上半年可毕业的应届博士毕业生和在职教学科研人员(一般应博士毕业3年以内)。申请人可以在国内或国外投递申请。

3 在站博士后研究人员申报须经设站单位和合作导师同意;未进站的申请人须在选择国内数千家博士后流动站、设站单位中,选择有本人专业方向的单位申报,先行申报,获选后再办理博士后进站手续;在职身份的博士后研究人员还须其人事关系所在单位同意。

4 具备良好的英语或德语能力。

5 能保证全职在德国工作至少20个月。

6 符合德方提供的博士后研究人员岗位需求和申报要求。   

7 此前未获得过博士后国(境)外交流项目或博士后创新人才支持计划资助。

申请人入选后,需在该依托单位办理博士后入站手续并派到德国亥姆霍兹联合会录取团队进行两年期的博士后科研工作。根据协议,在双方有需要的情况下,项目可以延期一年。
