How to draw a Voronoi cell with Matlab

1. Build a matrix:
X=[]
2. Calculate the vertices of the Voronoi cell:
[V,C]=voronoin(X)
3. Extract the vertices of the bouded cell:
x=V(C{N},:), N denotes the number of the cell in the cell array.
