Since my first semester in UCAS,Yanqi Lake,I have the access to the course of physical geodesy,which is the science for the determination of geopotential of the earth.Geoid is the most important equipotential surface,so a major object for physical geodesists is to study and use the science and technology for geoid determination.

I, as a freshman in the field,also have a ambitious desire to do this job better.Now, I have the plan to develop a software of completeness and of easy use. Based on the fortran package 'gravsoft' by Mr. Rene Forsberg and Mr. C.C. Tscherning,my software is developed on the Borland C++, meaning that my software is C language coded. As for its source open problem, it is not the time now to consider that.

Oh,almost forget to say that his name is IGGeoid,the prefix 'IGG' is the abbreviation of my institute 'Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics'. Obviously,the software is to IGG.

Nothing is well done, and it is a great task!
