Normally, I would not touch such a dish. However, my friend YM ordered it for me, so I had no choice... No more difference between the East and West, as far as pastry is concerned.

The web says is 1C outside in Hangzhou. It feels like 20C in my room, thanks to the sunshine. Thank goodness, the temperature will rise daily from now on. Yeah!
