It was quite a story of catching a cab in Little India, which I will blog about later. And, it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm at Raffles Hotel. Luckily, I knew how to take the MRT, at least I know how to do so with my ezLink card. Finding the MRT station took a little looking around; the rest was actually easy. We all loved the MRT.

Back to the drink, the courtyard was pleasant, including the music and songs. The drinks are all expensive, but affordable with the per diem we get for the trip. The problem was I had no room to drink anything, cheap or expensive. The young coconut did me in. In fact, I had a bit of stomach ache even without the sling... Besides, I feel I will visit Singapore again, while my girlfriend will be here.

Both RH and JW liked their drinks very much. It was an open (heart-to-heart) evening, but I didn't feel comfortable saying what's said at the drinking table stays with the table, as I did the previous evening.
