Sunshine, rain, horizontal rain...

The best thing to do is to look at the sky before you step out. The wind is so strong that umbrella does NOT help much. The light rain drops simply go horizontally.
I wanted to go to the CMIP5 workshop, but my shoes were getting soaked in the morning (so I quickly stepped into my office building) and my clothes were half soaked after lunch (so I had to return to my office to let them dry on me).
What a day in paradise!
