The Department of Energy (DOE) recently published a funding opportunity that may be of interest to you. “Basic Research and Modeling to Support Integrated Assessment of Climate Change Impacts and Adaptations” (DE-PS02-08ER08-18) supports research to advance the fundamental methodologies for analysis of climate change impacts and adaptations, including innovative models and approaches. Grant applications that approach these elements in the context of a critically important area for DOE -- potential climate change impacts on energy systems and their capacity to adapt -- are especially encouraged.
