研究方向:

林木功能基因组学、林木生物信息学 

利用二代和三代测序技术,开展杨树基因组变异、单倍体基因组组装、等位基因表达及调控和基因调控网络等方面的研究。应用基于CRISPR的基因编辑技术开展等位基因特异的位点突变和功能验证。研究内容主要集中在林木杂种优势的形成机制和杨树分子模块设计育种。
