研究发现吸烟饮酒均可增加食道癌风险

       日本研究人员日前报告说，同时拥有吸烟、饮酒和基因类型差异等风险因子的人的食道癌发病率，是没有任何一个风险因子的人的357倍。

　　研究人员说，吸烟和饮酒是增加食道癌患病风险的两个生活习惯因素。研究人员分析了约1000名食道癌患者和约2700名健康人的血液。分析结果显示，如果将完全没有风险因子的人的患病危险定为1的话，那么同时拥有吸烟、饮酒和基因类型差异等因子的，其食道癌患病风险就会飙升。

　　研究小组介绍说，如果某人的基因属于处理酒精能力较低的类型，那么就应该更加注意控制过度吸烟和饮酒。
