B、冰箱从2014年二月到2014年11月状态的照片（事实于2014年10月3日庭审中证实，其中牛奶为欧阳黎本人购买。具有讽刺意味的是，冰箱门上的绿色小条是一些菜谱，在其未婚夫因其欺诈不忠诚行为而毁约之前，欧阳黎每天准备三顿饭，并承担所有家务）

C、衣橱腾空照片，尽管2014年9月3日庭审规定暂时不得挪动欧阳黎的私人用品，其未婚夫屡次将欧阳黎的7个大行李箱搬至车库（注释：从2014年2月至2014年11月，欧阳黎明确提出两个方案：第一，未婚夫忠诚伴侣，家的大门向他敞开，第二，欧阳黎搬走，但是其未婚夫必须按照经济担保执行相应的责任。其未婚夫坚决不接受任何一项提议）

欧阳黎在其未婚夫签订经济担保的基础上于2013年离校来到Ohio州，当时双方都知道欧阳黎一旦离校其生存便完全依赖于其未婚夫的承诺担保，因为在美国国际学生校外打工尚不合法。

如果男性犯了错误，实施家暴，违反承诺，而却由女性来承担所有的个人伤害，这种现象公平合理吗？当欧阳黎信任了别人但别人却利用了这种信任致使其成为受害者，究其原因何在呢？女性身上的优点应该得到鼓励还是应该得到惩罚呢？社会的主流文化应该推崇什么样的价值观呢？

欧阳黎姐妹只是我们周围千千万万家暴受害者之一，她不仅是强权社会的受害者，也是司法体系不完善导致的受害者。欧阳黎在得到许可的的区域进行学习科研行为却被控以非法侵入领地的刑事犯罪，这无疑加剧了其个人伤害，而鉴于这一刑事控诉疑点重重，难道我们不应该打破沉默，从而让所有有正义感的人都听到受害者的呐喊吗？

Athens City Police Department has refused to make any report concerning domestic violence and abuse Li Ouyang has suffered, for the reason that she was not physically confined. What is intentional infliction of starvation? Can it occur when the victim is an adult who is not physically bound but socially or legally limited? What is intentional infliction of emotional distress?

Ironically, the green note on the refrigerator door is the recipe that Li Ouyang refered to when she used to cook three meals a day and did all the house chores before her ex-fiance broke their engagement due to his own unfaithful and fraudulent behaviors)

Photo of the empty closet (see the slideshow) from where her ex-fiance repeatedly moved her seven pieces of luggage into garage despite the court decision on Sept. 3, 2014 (Note: From Feb. 2014 to Nov. 2014, Li Ouyang offered her ex-fiance two options: (1) he behaves as a faithful life partner, in which case the door to home is open to him, or (2) she moves out and he carries out the affidavit of support as he signed and promised. He accepted neither of them.)

D. Photo of Li Ouyang during her overnight blood transfusion (see the slideshow): Li Ouyang lost consciousness twice a day and suffered temporary blindness on Oct. 31, 2014 after she had one meal a day from Feb. 2014 to Oct. 2014 and lost weight by 30 pounds during this period of time

When Li Ouyang left her own university on the basis of her ex-fiance’s oral and written promise in 2013, they both understood that she would rely on his promise because the U.S. law makes it illegal for an international student to work off-campus.

Do you think it fair that a man committed blunders, practiced domestic violence and abuse, and broke all the promises (verbal and written) at the cost of a woman’s personal injury? Whose fault is it when Li Ouyang has virtually become the one to be punished when she has trusted everyone but her trust has been abused? Should virtues in women be encouraged or punished? Which value do you think should be endorsed by the mainstream culture in a society?

Our sister Li Ouyang is just one of thousands of domestic violence victims in our neighborhood, a victim of the society where might is right, a victim of the imperfect justice system. Considering the suspicious charge of trespassing that has made Li Ouyang a criminal due to her study in the authorized area and that has further aggravated her personal injury, do you think it is the time to stop silence and help the victim’s voice heard by everyone who has a sense of justice?
