2018年第17周小麦文献汇总(5.6)

每周日的文献推荐,就是希望大家看一看最近一周有哪些文献发表了,最主要的是希望大家不要错过自己有兴趣的文献。至于文章说了什么,我们不去评论。这里边的文献碰到我们认为比较有意思的文章,在后面的推送中会拿出来简单的解读。我们一直提倡文献要亲自读一读,找出文章的亮点与不足,有自己的思考,为以后自己撰写论文做准备。所谓过眼烟云,大家有没有思考过读文献读的是什么?

上周,我们推送过一篇文章《the plant journal:一个新的与大麦耐旱相关的microRNA》,看过这篇文献的小伙伴有没有思考过这篇文章在逻辑上有没有问题?我们这里简单的提一提。

条件一,过表达A能够引起抗病表型C;

条件二,过表达B也能够引起抗病表型C;

条件三,过表达A的材料里B表达上调。

基于以上三个条件,能否说明A通过B调控抗病表型C?如果不能,那么该如何设计实验才能证明A通过B调控C?

我们安排实验时一定要想清楚实验的目的是什么,通过这样的实验能不能够充分证明一个假设。如果能拿直接证据,就不要用间接证据。胖丫看到这里,轻轻的叹了一口气,“哎,如果我是做拟南芥的该多好”。
