Two postdoctoral research fellow positions
We are seeking outstanding candidates to undertake cutting-edgeresearch on computational sustainability and environmental analytics funded by Campus Alberta Innovates Program (CAIP). This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and ambitious researchers to use state-of-the-art approaches to make an impact in a fast-moving field of research.
The postdocs will be a member ofthe CAIP Research Chair team at Athabasca University, Alberta, Canada. The objective of the CAIP program is to use a multidisciplinary and multi-scale analysis by integrating modeling of biogeochemical and hydrological processes with GIS, remotesensing, and computational technologies to identifyand manipulate diverse data on ecological, environmental and climatic issues, tostudy environmental sustainability of integrated terrestrial and aquatic systems at a river basin, to analyzes their impacts on river basins, and link the outcomes within a decision framework.
