10月25投稿一篇论文到Materials and Design，12月16日收到修改意见，12月30日修改完毕并提交，收到确认信（见下面拷贝），过去几周了，一直没收到接受或者据稿的任何信件，登录在线系统查看，奇怪的事情，居然没有任何记录了，除了以前录用文章的记录(Submissions with a Decision )，反复查看，实在找不到任何关于原来投稿、修改稿的任何信息？weird

虽然比不上马航事件，但实在莫名其妙，直接回复原来的确认信邮件，不见任何信息回复，估计是系统自动发出的信件。找到以前出版该杂志的邮件，发信还是没有回音，估计是出版社的，不是编辑部的。查看编辑部人员清单， 没有联系方式，自己找到其工作邮箱，发信，无任何回复。

我该怎么办？

不管录用，据稿或者作者撤回（没这么做过），都该有记录啊？

请求大侠支招。

注：感谢各位的帮助，循着王振亭 博主的提示，通过在线系统解决了该问题，他们给出的原因是有2个账号，造成了困扰confusion，合并账号后解决了。不过我没有两个账号，应该是回国后原有账号上修改单位导致了此问题，说明于此，希望以后遇到此问题的能搜寻到解决方法。
