What have I been doing lately? Some friends noticed that I was busy, because I didn't add anything to my Blog. Good observations.
During the past week, I had some close encounter with youth that was "born in the 1980's." It made me realize what "generation gap" means. As if that experience alone were not taxing enough for my simple daily routine, I was forced to think about how to age happily. Thanks to living in Hawaii, we had last Friday off, to celebrate the Admission Day (to become the 50th state of the U.S.). I thought I would take a nice break by meeting a friend for lunch, or afternoon tea. We ended up shopping for two weddings, which was no easy task. We did have a tea break, but the conversation turned out to be more serious than casual.
So, I ended up spending a lot of time learning psychology in the past few days. I found this article at wikipedia rather educational, and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't read it.
