Upon completion of his medical degree in clinical medicine at JiangxiMedicalCollege in 1990 he began his clinical practice as a residency in Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory where he stayed four years. This led to the development of basic clinical skills. Dr. Hu finished his postgraduate study majored in cardiovascular medicine during 1994 to 1997, and then joined Outpatient Department of Jiangxi Medical College and Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Jiangxi Medical College where he engaged in research on basic and clinical cardiology. In 1998, he got sponsor from China Scholar Commission(CSC) by WSK and experts proceeding, and joined Professor Jun-Yan Hong’ group at EOHSI/ School of Public Health, UMDNJ(NJ, USA) and Professor Jeffrey M. Isner’s Gene Team(Tufts, Boston, USA) in 2000-2001. This led to the development and publication of “3Y” in gene therapy (Hu et al. 2003) and genotyping methods of CYP2A6(Hu et al. 2004), After returned to China, he joined the faculty of the Second Affiliated Hospital at Jiangxi Medical College in July, 2001 where he directed research combining stem cell therapy and gene therapy for heart failure(Hu et al, 2003). At Jiangxi Medical College in 2003 where he was an associate professor of medicine, Dr. Hu developed “Zhongzi”(SEED) strategy for healthcare(Hu et al, 2005) and seven core principles(SeCP) for hypertension, called GAO-LIU’s Principles(Hu et al, 2006) and SSS program for lowering lipid(Hu et al, 2006) and pioneered a novel technology for management and prevention of human diseases, called RT-ABCDE strategy (Hu et al. 2007). This strategy combined with SeCP is a novel method for hypertension control and it is also expected a new project will be developed. This work already led to develop novel therapeutic concepts linked to improve the control rate of hypertension, that are Non- Principles, Partial Principles or Full Principles (Hu et al, 2007). Dr. CS Hu and Prof. DY Hu named firstly OOH and NOOH syndromes in the world(Hu et al, 2007) and this work will result in a new field they will focus in the research of animal models and its mechanisms. In addition, an important work Dr. Hu done is that Mechamisms On Diabetes As A Coronary Artery Disease Risk Equivalent (Hu CS, et al). Dr. Hu developed further “E(e)Zhongzi” strategy (Hu et al, 2007) and RT-ABCDEF strategy (Hu et al, 2008) in the manuscript titled "Alphabetical" strategy for critical care and health care of patient with sudden coronary death(Hu et al, 2008). Currently, Dr. CS Hu is trying his best to find key genes and biomarkers which play key role in OOH syndrome and “E(e)SEED”, respectively. Currently, some important jobs Dr Hu did are the milestone works named Cardiac Strategy (Hu et al, 2007-) and new projects including GCE applications.
