生物活性：Idarubicin hydrochloride 是一种蒽环类抗白血病药物。它抑制干扰 DNA 和 RNA 转录复制的拓扑异构酶 II。 Idarubicin hydrochloride 抑制细菌和酵母菌的生长。 IC50 和目标：DNA 拓扑异构酶 II^[1]  

体外：idarubicin 在 MCF-7 单层细胞上的 IC₅₀ 为 3.3±0.4 ng/mL，在多细胞球体中为 7.9±1.1 ng/mL^[1]。 Idarubicin 在各种体外 系统中显示出比柔红霉素或多柔比星更大的细胞毒性。这归因于伊达比星更好地诱导拓扑异构酶 II 介导的 DNA 断裂形成^[2]。伊达比星的活性分别比多柔比星和表柔比星高 57.5 倍和 25 倍^[3]。 Idarubicin 产生浓度依赖性细胞生长减少，IC₅₀ 值约为 0.01 μM。 Idarubicin 对 DNA 合成产生浓度依赖性抑制作用^[4]。

细胞试验：将盐酸伊达比星储备溶液溶解在蒸馏水中 (1 mg/mL)。 MCF-7 单层暴露于 0.01、0.1、1、10、100 和 1000 ng/mL 的伊达比星或其代谢物伊达比星醇 24 小时。将多细胞球体暴露于与单层细胞相同范围的伊达比星和伊达比星醇浓度 (0.01-1000 ng/mL) 中 24 小时，并在单独的实验中，在 100 ng/mL 的药物浓度下暴露 6、12、24 和 48 小时。通过用血细胞计数器计数活细胞来测定细胞增殖的抑制。结果表示为细胞存活率与对照培养物的百分比[1]。
