生物活性:Aripiprazole (OPC-14597) 是一种非典型抗精神病药,是一种有效且高亲和力的 dopamine D2 receptor 部分激动剂。 Aripiprazole 是 5-HT2B 和 5-HT2A 受体的反向激动剂,对 5-HT1A、5- HT2C、D3 和 D4 受体。阿立哌唑可用于精神分裂症和COVID19的研究[1][2][3][4]。
体外:阿立哌唑有效激活 D2 受体介导的 cAMP 积累抑制[1]。阿立哌唑对 TNF-α、IL-13、IL-17α 和 fractalkine 显示出更强的抗炎作用[3]。
体内:Aripiprazole(0-3 mg/kg,IP,每日)表现出一定的抗焦虑特性[4]。
