生物活性:α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamate) 是一种有效的非竞争性单羧酸转运蛋白 (MCT) 抑制剂。 α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid 抑制线粒体丙酮酸转运蛋白,Ki 为 6.3 μM。 α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid 在基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间 (MALDI-TOF) 质谱应用中用作促进肽电离的基质[1][2]。
体外:α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid (α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamate) 抑制单羧酸转运,例如乳酸和丙酮酸[2]。1 mM 的 α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid(CHC;0.5 mM 和 1 mM)对分支形态发生有显着抑制作用,并以剂量依赖的方式减少肺外植体的上皮周长和面积 [2].在 100 μM 浓度下,α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid 迅速且几乎完全抑制大鼠心脏线粒体氧化丙酮酸盐对 O2 的摄取。在低至 1 μM 的抑制剂浓度下可以检测到抑制作用,尽管在此浓度下抑制作用需要时间才能形成。可以通过稀释抑制剂[1] 来逆转抑制。
