生物活性：Monomethyl fumarate 是 Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) 的活性代谢物，是一种有效的 GPR109A 激动剂。富马酸单甲酯具有多种神经保护通路和其他视网膜疾病模型的潜力^[1][2][3]。 

体外：Monomethyl fumarate 完全抑制毛喉素诱导的 cAMP 合成，IC₅₀ 为 70 nM。 Monomethyl fumarate 在 GPR109A 转染细胞中诱导剂量依赖性 Ca²⁺ 信号，EC₅₀ 为 9.4 μM^[1]。富马酸单甲酯（25 μM；24 小时）减弱 7β-OHC 诱导的细胞毒性：细胞生长抑制；细胞活力下降；线粒体功能障碍；和细胞死亡诱导^[3]。

体内：曝光前单剂量富马酸单甲酯（50-100 mg/kg；IP）以剂量依赖性方式防止这些形态变化（强光曝光诱导的光感受器死亡）^[2]。Monomethyl fumarate (100 mg/kg) 减少视网膜炎症和氧化应激。富马酸单甲酯显着抑制 NFkB 通路中光诱导的视网膜病变 (LIR) 上调基因，包括：Nlrp3、Casp1、Il-1β 和 Tnf-α^[2]。
