生物活性：Ebselen (SPI-1005) 是一种谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶模拟物，是一种有效的电压依赖性钙通道 (VDCC) 阻断剂^[1][2]。 Ebselen 有效抑制 M^pro (IC₅₀=0.67 μM) 和 COVID-19 病毒 (EC₅₀=4.67 μM)^[3]。依布硒啉是 HIV-1 衣壳的抑制剂CTD 二聚化。依布硒啉是一种有机硒化合物，可透过血脑屏障，具有抗炎、抗氧化和抗癌活性^[4][5]。 IC50 和目标：IC50：0.67 μM（M^pro）^[3]EC50：4.67 μM（COVID-19 病毒）^[3]

体外：Ebselen（SPI-1005；0.4-100 μM；20-24 小时）以 10 μM 的浓度处理感染 COVID-19 病毒的 Vero 细胞显示出强烈的抗病毒作用。 Ebsele 与 COVID-19 病毒 Mpro^[3] 中催化二联体的 C145 共价结合。Ebselen 通过破坏进入的衣壳脱壳过程来抑制 HIV-1 生命周期的早期病毒进入后事件^[4]。Ebselen可透过血脑屏障，抑制小鼠脑内的内源性肌醇单磷酸酶。 Ebselen 可抑制肌醇单磷酸酶 (IMPase)^[5]。Ebselen抑制QSOX1酶活性，抑制胰腺、肾癌细胞系的侵袭^[6]。

体内：Ebselen（5、10 mg/kg；IP）以剂量依赖性方式减少 5-HT₂ 激动剂诱导的头部抽搐^[5]。
