生物活性： N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltoside (Lauryl Maltoside) 是芘 (Py) 的衍生物，是一种烷基麦芽糖苷去污剂，特别适用于转运蛋白和呼吸复合物。 N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltoside 也被用于 RNA 聚合酶的纯化和稳定以及蛋白质-脂质相互作用的检测等应用^[1]。

体外：N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltosid (0.02-10 mg/mL; 90 分钟) 在变性处理的酶稀释液中可以促进变性的腺苷脱氨酶、3-磷酸甘油磷酸激酶、肌激酶、3-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的再活化 (在 0.06 mg/mL 时酶活性达到最大，酶活性最高可达 98%)， 但对葡萄糖磷酸变位酶的再活化不明显[1]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
