体内：Polymyxin B Sulfate (0.5-120 mg/kg; sc) 在大腿或肺部感染小鼠模型中表现出抗菌活性^[2]。Polymyxin B Sulfate (2 mg/kg, sc) 表现出抗菌活性对 E. 小鼠有很强的杀菌作用。大肠杆菌IH3080^[3].
