生物活性：3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid (Dehydrolithocholic acid) 是一种胆汁酸代谢物，通过直接结合关键转录因子 RORγt 抑制 TH17 细胞的分化（K_d=1.13 μM)^[1]。 

体外：用 3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid 处理显着降低了 RORγt 报告基因的活性。这些数据表明，3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid 可能通过与 RORγt 物理相互作用并抑制其转录活性来抑制 TH17 细胞分化^[1]。

体内：3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid（脱氢石胆酸）（0.3%（w/w）；po；持续 1 周）显着降低回肠 TH17 细胞的百分比^[1]。
