多吃植物性食物可以降低年轻人、老年妇女患心脏病的风险
根据一项经过30年随访的长期研究,在成年人年青时期吃以植物性饮食与中年时患心脏病风险较低有关。另一项为期15年的跟踪研究发现,在绝经后妇女中,食用较多能降低胆固醇的植物性食物(称为“组合饮食(Portfolio Diet)”)与降低心血管疾病风险相关。
