Experimental skill: female and male  dimorphic pheno.

Author find OFT abnormal pheno, including overmineral, I also find some some noncompetition trabeculae abnormo.

My work also stain the heart alizarin red, but  I didnot insure the overmineral abnor. I think whole heart staining may be necessary for my paper to confirm the overmineral pheno.

 Young  adult mutant fish survive  and breed at 2-3 month, which is convenient for us to resue experiment using Vitamin K using F3. 

We didnot check the medium or small vascular mineral, accomapied by degradation and firosis 

Spp1(osteopontin) is an inhabitor of calcification!
